Relational Patterns Snapshot

Relationships shape wellbeing and life choices. This short, practical test explores how you typically think, feel, and act in interpersonal situations: how you seek support, handle closeness, set limits, respond to conflict, and show empathy. There are 15 situational items. For each item choose the option that most often reflects how you behave. Each option is labeled with an index (1, 2, or 3). After answering all items, tally the number of times you picked each index. Your result is the interpretation tied to the index you selected most. If two or more indexes tie, read all corresponding interpretations to get a fuller picture.
