1. List of Data Processed
I consent to the processing of the following my personal data:
1.1. Core Data: Text messages I send as part of the dialogue with the Service.
1.2. Technical Data (Metadata): Telegram User ID, time and date of the request, other technical parameters transmitted by the Telegram platform.
1.3. Payment Data: In case of payment for the Service's services, my email address and other necessary data may be transferred to and processed by partner payment services (e.g., Stripe, PayPal, etc.) for the purpose of payment processing.
1.4. Special Categories of Data: During the dialogue, I may voluntarily provide data related to my mental and psychological state, which, according to applicable law, are considered special categories of data. I am aware that I provide this data voluntarily.
2. Purposes of Data Processing
My personal data is processed for the following purposes:
2.1. To provide me with access to the Service's functionality, including generating responses using artificial intelligence (AI) technologies.
2.2. To analyze and improve the quality of the Service, its algorithms and functionality.
2.3. Technical support and troubleshooting.
2.4. Processing payments for the Service's paid features.
3. Methods and Conditions of Data Processing. Cross-Border Transfer
3.1. Data processing is carried out automatically, by means of collection, recording, systematization, accumulation, storage, updating, and use.
3.2. Data processing may include their anonymization for subsequent use for the purposes of training and improving AI algorithms, which makes it impossible to identify a specific User.
3.3. I give my consent to the cross-border transfer of my personal data specified in clauses 1.1 and 1.2 of this Consent. I am aware that for the functioning of artificial intelligence technologies, the Controller may transfer the text of my dialogue and metadata to servers located outside my country of residence, to the territory of foreign states which may not provide an adequate level of personal data protection as per the legislation of my country.
3.4. I give my consent to the transfer of my personal data specified in clause 1.3 to partner payment services for the purpose of conducting transactions. The processing of data by payment services is carried out in accordance with their privacy policies and user agreements.
4. My Consent and Rights
4.1. This consent is effective from the moment I start using the Service until its withdrawal.
4.2. I have the right to withdraw this consent by sending a written request to the Controller using the contact details provided below. I am aware that withdrawing consent will result in my inability to further use the Service.
4.3. I confirm that I am an adult and legally competent person and make the decision to provide my data voluntarily and in my own interests.
