User identifier in the Telegram messenger (User ID).
Metadata: time, date, and duration of sessions, frequency of requests.

2.3. Special Categories of Data: During the dialogue, you may voluntarily provide information concerning your mental and psychological state. We process such data solely based on your explicit consent given in the relevant document.

3. Purposes of Data Collection and Processing

3.1. The Data Controller (Anna Heal team) uses the collected data for the following purposes:

To provide access to the Service's functionality and generate responses using artificial intelligence technologies.
To process payments for paid services.

4. Methods and Storage Period

4.2. Text messages (dialogues) are stored in an anonymized form for the period necessary to fulfill the processing purposes, but no more than 3 (three) years from the last interaction. After this period, the data is permanently deleted.

4.3. Metadata (identifier, session times) is stored for the period necessary for statistical analysis and the Service's operation.
