Anxious Mother of Two Need Advice on Agoraphobia and Hypnosis Treatment

I am a 37-year-old mother of two young children, and for the past six months I have been struggling with intense anxiety whenever I leave my house. It started after a panic attack in a crowded supermarket, and now I avoid grocery stores, schools, and even my own backyard when the neighbors are outside. My heart races, I feel dizzy, and I have a constant fear that I will lose control or embarrass myself in public. This is affecting my children because I can no longer take them to the park or attend their school events. My husband has to do all the errands, and it is putting a strain on our marriage. I also worry that I am not being the conscious parent I want to be, because my anxiety makes me irritable and short with the kids. I have tried deep breathing and positive affirmations, but they only help for a few minutes. A friend suggested hypnosis treatment, but I am skeptical and scared of losing control. Do you think hypnotherapy could help with my agoraphobia symptoms? Or is there another approach I should consider? I also wonder if my workplace mobbing from a previous job triggered this, as I was constantly criticized and belittled. I feel like I am in a depressive state now, and I just want to be normal again. Please help.
